You'll need:
Tortillas
Avocado
Broccoli Slaw
Follow Your Heart Chipotle Mayo (Link)
Sophie's Vegan Shrimp (Link)
Instructions:
Cook the "shrimp" in coconut oil, per the directions on the box
Toss the broccoli slaw with the chipotle vegenaise. Start with a tablespoon and add on until the desire slaw texture
Slice your avocado
Warm your tortillas
