Recipe || Vegan Chorizo Breakfast Burrito

You'll need:

Soyrizo or Morning Star Chorizo Crumbles

Just Egg

Dairy Free Cheese Shreds (I used Moocho)

Avocado

Tortillas


Instructions:

  1. Cook soyrizo based on package instructions

  2. Cook Just Egg based on package instructions

  3. Slice Avocado

  4. Warm tortilla. I like to do this right on the stove burner but for safety, you can use a toaster oven or a pan.

  5. Construct your burrito!
